Business Analyst

Om samen met het team van analisten en developers de business software ondersteuning voor de centrale diensten verder uit te bouwen, is onze klant op zoek naar een bijkomende collega.  Onze klant is gekend voor innovatie en uitdagingen. Het ICT-team uiteraard ook. Het team bouwt, onderhoudt en ondersteunt de ICT-infrastructuur en ICT-toepassingen die zowel onsite als offsite worden gebruikt. Via professionele ICT-oplossingen bieden zij een aangename en stabiele werkomgeving aan alle eindgebruikers.  Jouw voornaamste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:Fungeren als schakel tussen de verschillende departementen (legal, financieel, logistiek ...) en de IT-afdeling;Analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen via communicatie met stakeholders;Optimaliseren en uitwerken van geautomatiseerde processen;Toepassen van de juiste analysetechnieken volgens de noden van de stakeholders;Vertalen van gebruikersbehoeften naar een duidelijke IT-project;Andere teamleden (developers, architecten, etc.) informeren over de business concepten;Oplevering van project gerelateerde documentatie volgens de bestaande methodologie;Testen van de functionaliteiten tijdens het implementatietraject;Ondersteunen en opleiden van de gebruikers na implementatie. Je hebt minstens een eerste werkervaring ervaring als (functioneel) analist. Je kan vlot en duidelijk communiceren en hebt vanuit jouw ervaring een goed inzicht in zowel de business- als de IT-processen. Je hebt ervaring met een projectmatige aanpak en UML-technieken. As a Compliance Expert, you will provide specialized expertise in compliance matters related to insurance activities.
